A recently blackened, peaceful, Appalachian town is stricken with grief. Everyone's demanding answers or blood for Bev's missing boy. With no power, and the Sheriff assigned to grid duty; what's and angered, desperate Mayor to do but hire a band of loco locals to inflict country justice against a no-good kidnapper!
