Hi all, I have created my first kickstarter for my Panda pins. I get alot of people commenting that they like the designs so I thought U would try something different and put them on kickstarter as collectable pins.
I have been sharing the link on my facebook and IG but dont seem to be getting much interest.
Please take a look and any feedback would be good.

Hi everyone, I've also launched a Kickstarter campaign for the first time and would like to get this group's insights on reaching a niche audience without a large marketing/paid media budget. Our product is a pet accessory, but could also appeal to those who want to keep outdoor spaces clean from dog waste. We have not seen great results from backer newsletter services (NewBacker & Backerland), and are limited to our personal (friends & family) networks, so have not been able to gain traction on the campaign.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

Every startup needs ads, and that can be very expensive nowadays. However, I always suggest people try platforms like Canada classified because it can be an effective way to reach your target audience and promote your startup. This platform allows you to advertise your products or services to a large audience of potential customers who are already interested in startups and entrepreneurship. Although, it's important to keep in mind that the effectiveness of any advertising campaign depends on several factors, such as the quality of your ad, the targeting of your audience, and the timing of your campaign. Good luck!

Hello, thank you for sharing your campaign!

It can feel distressing when you create a campaign, put a lot of time and effort into it, and it does not get the reach it deserves. Have you tried Facebook/ Instagram Ads with a narrow target audience? I am sure that there are Panda enthusiasts who would like to support you, but it is hard to find those people as it is a smaller niche.

My tip is to also vary your image colors and motives (if possible), and try to lead the potential backer through the project. Almost like you are guiding them by their hand.

Above all else - Don't feel discouraged!I think all Kickstarter creators need to learn and grow, and the only way we can do it is by simply trying.

Hope this helps! Also, I am happy to connect with like-minded people, simply reach out to me :)

Congratulations on launching your first Kickstarter! The Panda pins look fantastic—such a unique and fun design. It’s great to hear that people are already showing interest in them.

When it comes to getting more visibility, here are a few tips that might help:

Engage with Communities: Besides Facebook and Instagram, try joining other forums or groups related to collectibles and pins. Share your project there and engage with those communities.

Collaborate with Influencers: Reach out to influencers or bloggers who focus on collectibles or pins. They might be interested in showcasing your project to their audience.

Run Ads: Consider running targeted ads on social media platforms. You can target people who have shown interest in similar products.

Create Content: Share behind-the-scenes content or stories about the design process. People love to see the passion and effort behind the products.

Update Regularly: Keep your backers and potential backers updated with any new developments, milestones, or changes. Regular updates can help keep the momentum going.

Best of luck with your Kickstarter! I’m sure with a bit more exposure, your Panda pins will get the attention they deserve.
