New to this whole world

Hi guys,
As you can guess from my title, i'm completely new to this world. Any hints and tips would greatly be appreciated.
I started a gofundme project around a new type of TV show about food.
I know that the TV food format has been done to death , but i still think that there is a hook out there that would drive interest.
So far all i would do is eat weird things.
Question? What would be a hook that would drive you to watch another Food program.
