Hi All,

We have already launched yesterday our campaign "Qody": http://igg.me/at/qody

We made it without any advertisement or promotion So still no real backers and only 100+ visits.

We've put a lot of time into our work. Maybe you can take a look and tell us what have wrong in our campaign and how we can promote it. We thinking to get fiverr gigs to promote our compaign via social networks, but sure that not enough.

Please give us some recomendations or share your successful experience. Any advices would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks very much for your helps!

Hi guys, you said you used no ads or promotion, but you contacted one of our sites with this project and was waiting your reply :)

Anyway onto the project itself, at the moment it's raised $6. My honest opinion is that it's too techy/complex.

If most apps are free, then you're charging to manage them. The idea of using the internet sounds like you should be charging a monthly fee rather than using crowdfunding? As a tier of "putting your name on an app" that doesn't sound like great value at all.

In the end you'll be providing it for free, so I don't think fiverr gigs will help you much.

Good luck!

Hey there, welcome to the forum!

I don't think I would bother with the Fiverr gigs to promote your campaign. If you contact some relevant Twitter and Facebook pages I am sure they will be able to help you out with a share.

I am sure you aware now but the most important part of the crowdfunding process is pre-launch marketing so if I were you (and you are certain that crowdfunding is the way you want to go), I would cancel the campaign, begin preparation and marketing again, then re-launch at a later time when you have backers/support already lined up.

Please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions about your campaign. Thanks!

Best Regards,

Jake

We did our first campaign on Indiegogo. You need to keep a good GoGo factor (similar to search engine ranking) to stay on top of the page. Without external marketing it's almost impossible to drive pre-orders. Try facebook or a Thunderclap.it

Your campaign looks good and we like the rewards. We just recommend getting more family and friends to support. Then try to do social media marketing, press coverage, etc. Let us know if you would like assistance.
