Just been scammed on Indiegogo

We currently have a project on Kickstarter: http://kck.st/1IioTzL and was notified by a KS backer that someone is trying to scam us on Indiegogo with Flexible Funding (flexible funding the guy will get a backer's money right away). Not only are they impersonating us but also are infringing on our patent pending product. Hope no one falls for this.
Have notified Indiegogo and hopefully they pull it.
