Getting on top of the Indiegogo list

I was wondering, can my camapign get on top of the trending list, or any other list just with many views. For example can campaign A get in front of campaign B just because it has more visits. Thank you in advance for answering

Campaign is just days old, and will be implementing tips - sharing campaign, updating campaign and referring people and more. Thanks for the information.
