5 ways to keep your backers happy

As a long time backer on IGG/Kickstarter, I have seen quite a few campaigns, both good and bad.

I made a video with some advice for campaign owners on stuff they can (and should) do to make life easier for their backers and keep them from getting upset or annoyed during the crowd-funding period and the long aftermath from campaign end until you deliver your product.

I think that if you do these things, then you will at least minimize the amount of backlash from your backers, that you will have to deal with.

I hope this advice will help anyone who is looking into making a crowd-funding campaign.

I'd also suggest:
- Make regular updates on your page
- Send out regular newsletters
- Answer all enquiries and treat backers with respect as they invested in your idea.
- Make sure backers get their products first.
