The Wallstreet Journal recently published the article, “Few Small Businesses Take Advantage of Mini-IPOs.” I want to discuss this article, along with the current equity crowdfunding climate.
There’s a big misperception out there that I want to clear up about equity crowdfunding. This is something that you need to be aware of if you plan to launch a Reg A+ or a Title III campaign in the near future!
