Advice on Product Hunt & your Kickstarter Campaign

I'm going to launch a post later in a bit more detail. Product Hunt is a *huge* platform to get exposure on their site, email lists and on social media.

However, you can't personally list your campaign - someone else called a "Maker" has to do it. They do accept Crowdfunding projects (although they prefer live), so here's some tips on how to your Kickstarter listed:

- Do the research. Find which Makers have posted similar projects to yours.
- Be friendly and reach out to Makers. Don't expect anything done for you because you feel your project is awesome, you need to connect in the right way.
- Follow up with an explaination of what you're doing.

If they're interested in featuring you, get the following prepared (I.e. A Hunter's Kit):
company name:
tagline:
twitter handles of any makers (up to 4):
5-7 images including a text-free gif explaining part of your product:
1-2 videos introducing your product:

Best of luck. If you'd like to join and connect with me on Product Hunt - that would be great:
