Making a video on a timeline

Hello everyone,
I budgeted over a month to my kickstarter video and worked with a cinematographer, but due to a series of unfortunate events, ended up having to remake the whole thing two days before launch. Here were some principles that guided me throughout the process and from my research with small project creators that don't have the time and budget for a large-scale CGI presentation
1. Keep it under 1:00 unless you are a celebrity/large company/ creating a dramatic CGI show
2. Don't talk about money
3. Don't talk about yourself (just your name and that you made "X")
4. Stand
5. Make sure the project creator is in the video for at least part of it
6. Talk about the product
7. Show the product
8. Tell people specifically what you need them to do
I hope this helps and all the best!
