Any tips on what to do to kick your KS in the rear? Mine got to almost 25% after two days, but seems to have lost some steam. So what's a boy to do? I'll take any tips you got! Thanks!

You could consider introducing a newer reward tier, doing updates, doing PR, doing a thunderclap, sending out specific FB messages to people who haven't pledged?

Sal,
What is your opinion of thunderclap, have you seen it work effectively?

The important thing is to just keep up all of the activities that you were doing at the start: keep up the posts, keep telling your story, and keep explaining why your project is something that the backers need to care about. No small task, but it has to be done.

If you've got a good linkedin network. You can export all their contact details and send them personalised emails.
Also try creating some nice content and share as a Kickstarter update. Something that is easy to share.

Hi,
I've seen a contest bring a alive the buzz. If your campaign doesn't fund, no prize, but if it gets you funded......woo hoo

I wouldn't worry about it too much, it's fairly typical for KS to follow a pattern whereby you get a lot of backers in the first two days and a lot in the last two and the spaces inbetween are marginal (especially weekends) I'd say I got 60-70% of my backers in those four days the last time I ran one.
Hitting the mid campaign plateau doesn't necessarily mean you're doing anything wrong, so don't panic!
Encouraging backers to join you in creating and sharing something is often helpful (Jamie's recent "Between two Xs" post is a good example of this, in the between two cities campaign) and getting more reviews / media helps because it sometimes shares your campaign with a new audience.
