anybody worked with them? any suggestions or feedback?

We are a start-up company wanted to fundraise for a product in Indiegogo.com. We have seen Smart Crowdfunding LLC in Indiegogo's partner page and went to their website smartcrowdfunding.us . Where they got a plan of 699$ (anyone can see that plan in their homepage) , subscribing same can get our campaign will get guaranteed front page exposure, without any other conditions.

But even after 15 days, we haven't even got a single response from crowd. As this company just collected money and sit quietly.

When i asked for refund, they started to tell stories. here is a statement from them

"Just think logically! If we took $600 from clients and turned it into $20,000 within 60 days through a crowdfunding campaign wouldn't we have the best investment opportunity in the world"

Everyone knows the above statement. But my questions is, why this company selling a "guaranteed service" isn't this a scam?

People like me are just startup, and just using this kind of crowdfunding platform to raise money to start business. but these kind of scam marketing people are sucking blood out from the poor start ups.

I have already complained about them on Indiegogo, and they are processing the complaint. But i want to expose this company all over the world, so that no one will get cheated in future.

I'm considering to promote our new project also, if this is company not good, is there any other similar you can advise?

which company mr briggman use or recommend I would go with that..
