I put it at the bottom of my story in the campaign.

Nice. I like that it gives people a simple call to action.

We've been using Hootsuite to try and engage and track. It's been pretty good so far.

I've used click to tweet in the past and think it's especially helpful if you are highlighting a quote or promotional message. Would also recommend including your handle so you can tell more easily when it's tweeted out.
