As far as I could find in my research - there wasn't an easy way to do this with gmail. It was much easier with yahoo. I could look into that for a future article.

Have you run into the problem of people not having a real email address on FB? Remember a few years ago when FB have everyone an @facebook.com email? Most of my friends have never changed that

You can also target ads on FB using an email list. This is pretty useful because they'll see the ads quite a few times.
