Industrial design

Hi,
I currently have a product idea (complex consumer goods product with some tech involved) and I am looking for an industrial design company. I started my research but for the moment I have only found very expensive companies that require an upfront (or staggered) payment, ending up with a total design cost that is much higher than the one I could afford.
I am therefore looking for a company that would be willing to take a stake of the future sales instead of requesting upfront payment for the design. Would you know any good quality company doing this?
