It looks like there is a new website where you can report if you were scammed by a kickstarter project (campaigns only). Seems pretty promising, and could help keep these fake projects in check. Check it out: http://kickscammed.com/

Have you tried posting on there? Doesn't seem to be used very much but is obviously still functional as a website.
