Hi,

My name is Calvin - I worked in the software services for semiconductor industry for many years, but wanted to try something different. I've been working on various aspects of parking for a couple of years, but was frustrated by a number of limitations due to the smartphone (Android and iOS) hardware platform.

AutoAide is the response to that frustration.

I don't want to talk too much about AutoAide just yet - there are some B2B discussions going on which I don't want to introduce noise to.

I'm in the final stages of ramping up to a Kickstarter campaign - likely first week of September. Basically everything is ready to go but shooting the video.

I've done a lot of research and live tracking of tech related kickstarters and would be happy to share what I've learned. I've also looked at a number of the different platforms and have reached some conclusions on those as well.

Sounds exciting and like you have the background to pull it off. Thanks for being willing to share your findings/thoughts. Feel free to start a new thread on the topic.
