Hey Backers and Creators,

feedback desperately needed!
Firstly, a little background. A year ago we planned to launch the campaign for our first Berrolia (available here: http://berrolia.com). Not having sufficient experience, we decided to launch privately instead, basing only on the Facebook ads. Our leather-and-steel car mounts were a success. Now, we are one year later. We've launched the second generation of Berrolia, this time to the Kickstarter. Frankly, we are doing far below expectations. We target some potentially good groups, but with little success so far.
Our campaign page has been tested before, and was doing quite well in terms of email signups. However, it is doing pretty bad in terms of real pledges. To put it bluntly, it does not covert in real life.

Could you please take a look and tell, what, in your opinion, can be improved there? Any, also radical, suggestions are welcome!

Hi I could give you some feedback. I think you should stay with the campaign as you've still got a long time to go.

You're promoting it as a "beautiful car mount", already there you're making a presumptive statement that everyone else thinks it's beautiful. I would use the words "functional" , "handcrafted" or "unique looking" instead.

It is different, the thing that stands out the most is the wood. You really need a section describing the quality of Mahogany, why you've chosen it, the qualities it has and so on.

Only mid way down the page you mention it works on all versions on iPhones, but that needs to be at the top! Can other phones fit in there too?

THE 6/6S version is the most popular selling, so lets design this page around that version of phone.

thanks a lot for the comments. We'll sit down and see what reasonable changes we can make.
I am not sure whether at this stage we should throw more traffic at this page. When something's wrong with the message, it ruins all the efforts.
Btw., during various a/b tests that we did for this and other products it always strikes me how difficult it is to forecast actual purchase behaviour. What works with email signups, may be totally ineffective when it comes to paying customers or backers.

I think the message is there, but needs to be clearer on the page - what it does, what it's made from, benefits and so on.

This is a neat idea, but why only iPhones? Most of the people I know have Androids.
