Im 29 living in Norway, and I have been working with start-ups for about 3 years now. helping them find capital and Investors that suits them.
I now thought it was time to try crowdfunding to see if that is something I can use as a tool, but I found it to be very very difficult to write and share about a project that is just starting. If I share to much the idea or design can be copied and its over for the company I try to help, but if I share too little its very hard to be visible in the massive amount of campaigns out there.
Still trying to find the best way to do it. Looks like my first campaign isnt the right way..hehe..:
This is it:
http://kck.st/1DcxdcXAnd its a company located in Norway, and I have gotten them an agreement with a big digital company to do all the programming for them ( Meat Digital ) and I have found them an designer that will do that for them for free. BUT both of them have said, they will not start before "we" have the capital to have an absoloutly huge and seccessful launch, and have hired customerservice workers before we launch.
So thats where I am now.
The project itself is an new very revolutionary way of doing classifieds online. They have Thailand as theire focus, and as my work is mostly paying it forward, and the start-ups I work with also have a mindset of paying it forward, this project also aim to help the people living in the poor part of Thailand, to get rid of theire stuff that they dont need and to get international prices and the oppertunity to ship abroad. This will grow the economy for the poor people in Thailand.
It also focuses on making it easier to find jobs OR to sell your services\crafts like carpentry, electric work, houscleaning, babysitting and so on, this will lower the unemplyment.
So it is great work they try to do so. Lets see what I can do with it.
