as for me it's better to rent an apartment than to buy it

Well renting is easier. It is not always cheaper that is for sure. I think that if you think about it an advance and do some research you will be able to find a good enough option for a decent price. I recently got a new apartment in NYC. I moved around the end of August beginning of September and I wanted to live somewhere that would be huge. I mean I do earn enough so I want something luxury. I decided to embark on this quest of finding an apartment that would house all of us. I decided to google basically something in the lines of 11 bedroom apartment east side Manhattan and was actually surprised that there were fairly decent options out there. I settled on an apartment not far from the Fifth Avenue. Honestly it was an amazing space. I love it so much. I think I am never moving away again hehe. And I am definitely am not sharing m space in the next few years for sure
