    Crowdfundershow.com

Does anyone have first-hand experience or information about the subject? Their claimed reach is 3 million homes (9 million ppl) and the creator will pay a percentage of collected funds as well as expense reimbursements. The expense reimbursements sound very risky to me.

They appear to be in direct competition with web based crowdfunding sites, but if they're legitimate I wonder if there's a way to utilize both?

I vaguely remember hearing about them because they are a bit of a competitor to RealityCrowdTV. I like their sponsored gift cards idea. Reminds me of CrowdVance's reward system.

creator will pay a percentage of collected funds as well as expense reimbursements.

Interesting. What do they mean by expense reimbursements I wonder?

Yes, the gift card idea sounded great over the phone, but when they provided details not so much. If the creator is trying to walk away with $30K the campaign would have to raise $78,750. They noted that this was primarily due to the cost of the cards.

The breakdown is: $1500 for pre/post production; 4% to crowdfunding site; 3% to cc processing; and 53% for the cost of the gift card (Creditor can choose to provide backers with one of two options: A gift card or a reward provided by the campaign). Awfully steep.

I'm still investigating and will report back with any pertinent info.

Yea that's super steep for the gift card option. Doesn't sound so attractive now.
