    Any advice for bank loans?

    by bntkids-studios » Thu Feb 17, 2022 10:10 pm

So, kickstarter is probably not an option for me anymore. I'm thinking of going into a bank loan to pay for my comic I'm creating.

I "THINK" I understand the hazards and risks, if you cannot pay the loan, we'll take all your assets, stuff, yada yada yada.

But if I CANNOT pay the loan, and I don't have anything of value to take "My position as of right now", what would happen? Would they put me in jail or prison for "maximum fraud?".

Let's say the loan process starts for 25 grand to start the comic project. Yes, 25 grand, because I'm creating a franchise, I'm desperate.

If I indeed fail to pay back the loan, and I have no assets, what exactly happens?

Also, any advice beforehand I take the loan?

EDIT: Yeah, I know this should be posted on reddit, but lately, reddit and it's moderators are being jerks and not letting me post or hiding my post due to spam filter.

I don't think it works like this. Banks loan you money only if they see that you have a stable income, and you can return their money, or they can give you money through a mortgage. So, you won't be able to take a loan if the bank doesn't have some information about your financial life. As I said, I'm not an expert in this domain, and I recommend you ask a specialist to provide you with the responses to your questions. If I were in your place, I would attend to the team from Mortgage Advice York, I'm sure they'll give you the best tips and help you.

You need to start by defining your goals and audience. It is very important to understand who will hear, buy, read you. And that's why we need to get away from it. In understanding your brand, design and even domain name. By the way, it decides a lot at the initial stages of acquaintance. I suggest now get a website domain https://get.it.com for only 3000 on this site. I felt very comfortable.

Hey! First off, kudos on your commitment to your comic! About the bank loan – if you can't pay it back and you don't have any assets, the bank probably won't put you in jail. Instead, they might take legal action and your credit score could take a big hit. This would make it tougher to get a loan in the future. It might be a good idea to explore other options like personal loans, or get a co-signer who believes in your vision. Before making any decisions, definitely take time to understand all the terms and potential risks associated with any loan. And remember, if you're ever seeking advice on mortgages, there's a Mortgage Broker in Harlow who could help. Best of luck with your comic project!

I know my answer is a bit late. Still, before taking the plunge, create a detailed budget and consider the realistic potential of your comic project. 25 grand is a significant investment, and it's essential to be prepared for any outcomes. Keep your passion alive, but also stay pragmatic and responsible in your approach.

When I was in a similar situation, seeking advice from experts like Mortgage Broker in Cheltenham really helped me gain clarity and confidence in my choices. Their personalized guidance made a world of difference, so don't hesitate to reach out to them for support! Now, about the loan process... It's essential to be aware of the potential risks and hazards. While they won't throw you in jail for not being able to repay the loan, it's crucial to have a solid plan in place. Life can be unpredictable, so making sure you have a backup strategy is wise.

Sounds like a serious question. Considering bank loans for a crowdfunding venture can be a crucial step, and it's essential to gather relevant information before proceeding. Like a few others might have said already, a bank will likely not give a loan if they do not think you could repay it (it would not be in their interest). They will look at your income/assets/etc. to determine your likelihood of defaulting on the loan. If a place is very quick to give you a loan, there are probably other strings attached, so I would do a good amount of research before committing.

I'm currently in the process of making a significant financial decision for my business, "World's Whisper." I've determined that Kickstarter could be the most suitable option for launching our product, WRISTRAW. To ensure a successful campaign, I'm channeling all my efforts into it. However, I still require additional funding, particularly for advertising. While I've been testing the waters and acquiring initial sign-ups on Kickstarter, I'm aware that I'm just at the beginning of this journey, with only two weeks of experience in this field.

To secure the necessary resources for my campaign, I've reached out to a nonprofit organization called "Accessity" that specializes in providing support for businesses that are just starting. I'm exploring the possibility of obtaining a loan of $25,000 through them. You can learn more about Accessity and their services at https://accessity.org.

I hope they can help you as well :)
