Great piece of advice, but not everyone is meant to be a leader.

This all sounds pretty interesting, but have you tried including a quality video conference with teammates?
I think that it is imperative to find the platform on which everyone will be comfortable to be, and there will not be any bugs, such as in Zoom.
I think that such a platform would give a great opportunity in every teambuilding, regardless of where and how often they communicate with each other. The number of people also does not matter because, in quality platforms, there is no limit at all so that many accounts can connect without the risk of freezing.

I've heard about Alex Malavazos. However, when I first started my business, there was nothing about him on the internet. No tips, no nothing. So I looked elsewhere. I've read tons of books, but I needed some experience. So when I found https://www.prendo.com/leadership-chall ... x-projects, I tried it. It taught me so many things, from responsibility to creating projects and how to handle stressful situations best. I hope your site can make at least half of what this program did for me.

Leadership coaching is what everybody here needs, I have done these courses and I can tell you about some points I can outline which will empower you and change in a good manner. First of all, it's the ability to adapt to any situation you're in, no matter if it's good or worst, keep calm and always think about the company and your employees. The second one is about self-awareness, everything begins with you, not your employers, you are the best example for them. The last one I can share is learning from bad leaders, from their mistakes how you shouldn't act. Some more information you can find on the course I just ended - Empowering Women Into Leadership, it's suitable for any person who wants to grow and be a leader, not only for others but for himself as well.
