Long before you start your campaign, start blogging about your niche (not your product). Review products, cover lifestyle stuff, interview prominent people, run giveaways. Do anything to get traffic to your blog, then convert those people into email subscribers. You need a big day one, and the only way to do that is to have people queuing up to buy from you. They will do that if they know and trust you, and that trust is built from your blog and the quality of the articles you've shared there.
If you're launching in 2 weeks it's too late to start that. I don't know the position you're in with email list etc, but I work on the basis that you need to be able to fully fund your project on 5-10% of your active subscribers. Everything is somewhat dependant on your budget though - if you can afford lots of ads it's probably a different process. I don't spend money on ads.
