    Orphan, my first campaign!

    by WindyHillStudio » Mon Feb 02, 2015 12:14 am

    Hello,

I started Orphan this week and though it's been a slow start we are slowly moving in the right direction!

Most of the advice I have recieved indicates I should offer some higher tiers which is in the works. Going to announce a stretch goal which might be difficult to hit but could bring in some more backers as well.

Please check it out! All advice is appreciated!

Congrats on becoming a staff pick! How did that happen? Also cool gif image in your signature.

Thanks! Honestly the staff pick was a suprising non-event. It was about 5 minutes into the campaign before I even had a single backer. By the stats it's brought in an additional 5 backers so I'm grateful.

Congrats on becoming a staff This campaign looks solid. I would suggest trying to make your headers of your sections a little bigger. Since there are so many images and gifs, I got a little lost while I was looking for specific information. Other than that, it looks good! Good luck!

I'm 15 and developed a web browser that will hopefully innovate the way we browse the web, but I need your help on my Kickstarter! http://kck.st/1zrUAz8

You've done some great work, and it is terrific to see the game generate solid press. Any reason you went with announcing Sony support? It seems like other types of Updates might be motivating for your current Steam audience.

Hey sorry I didn't see your reply sooner. It's been hard to tell how many people actually came from Steam. According to the Kickstarter stats almost none, but the top question I got was about PS4 support so I went with it.

The campaign wraps up MONDAY still got a long way to go. Whether this succeeds or fails I never want to do this again, entirely too stressful!!!

Congratulations on being funded! I'm just at the very beginning of my Kickstarter and it's already very stressful glad to see you crossed the finish line!
