Even though this is an old post, it's definitely relevant for me! I'm only a couple of days into my campaign and I feel like I'm running out of steam. We're at 31% funded which is great but I'm worried I've pulled out all my guns. I don't know what I've got left. Today I silently fumed and felt sorry for myself (and made a mental list of friends I was going to dump).
But your post has got me thinking. Must be pro-active. Must not shove the sell down people's throats. Must be helpful.

do not blame your friends when things are not working out for you.

you need to improve and prove them wrong.

Great content! Thank you so much for sharing your points and advice. I have terrible feels of my Kickstarter campaign and feel very discouraged, and this is a big help to motivate me to keep on going. WOW, great! We are also desperate that and share the same experienc. 20 days have passed and we still havent pass our goal...
We have just launched our new product on Kickstarter and it is already running for 20 days. But we are still not funded yet and were wondering, what is the reason. Can you help out? Give us advice how to still get it funded?
