Fiverr has a lot of short range gigs people offer, but picking out which ones will actually help you can be difficult.
For example, there are people offering to sharing your project link with their 1 million Facebook fans. Sounds great right? Except that the Facebook page is all about sunsets and although your project will get posted to the followers, they probably aren't going to care to actually click your project. (unless your project happens to be about sunsets)
There are people offering advice and feedback on your project, which can be helpful, as well as people who will write press releases or submit your project to new sites. These can be useful, though you have to gauge based on your needs and exactly what they are offering.
I recommend avoiding any sort that are mass messaging/spamming of your link as that won't do much good. Even those who offer to write a blog post about your project are only useful if they are in your niche and have a real audience. Getting tweeted to 100,000 spam bots is not going to be as useful as getting your project shared to 100 people who are actually interested in what you're doing.
