Hey everyone! I've made a project page over the last week. What it's about really means a lot to me! I really mean a lot!
Please spread the word as without funding I won't be able to make this true! It's quite a touching story of why it means a lot to me. I hope to share it with you when I feel I can.
I ask you with content to share this out maybe even contribute.
Good luck with your project. Given your love of photography, I think it might help if there was a picture of the team that you're putting together. Makes it easier to understand who is behind the project idea?

Thank you very much for that idea I'll get onto to it ASAP.
Would recommend doing a video for the project and also asking some friends to pledge before promoting to strangers so that when they come, it doesn't say 0 backers (social proof).

So - have you read any of the kickstarter advice here? It is a group of you, have you not posted to your own family and friends? Maybe you can ask to suspend this until you do some of the background work to find support. Have you supported some campaigns? Like would you be comfortable supporting someone you don't know to go on a vacation? That is a tough one. I would want to see that you have aligned yourself with a company that wants to post your travel articles, at minimum a photo of who I'm supporting.
Good Luck with your project, but i would agree with other posters. £10.000 is a lot of money to raise for what would be a trip-of-a-lifetime, but the lack of photography, video and friends and family backing the project does make it read more like 'a jolly' than a serious project!
