[Now LIVE] DUN TravelPack - A Minimalist’s Backpack Dream

    by Backpacker_90 » Tue Aug 13, 2019 8:09 am

    Hi guys,

I'm using this section to promote my friend's project DUN TravelPack: A minimalist backpack dream. There are no marketing agencies behind DUN TravelPack, just a bunch of friends, that's why I'm posting it on Kickstarterforum.

We will launch the travel backpack on Kickstarter this August the 15th.

Early backers will be able to get a sweat deal on the backpack. You can sign up on DUN TravelPack page. Below you can see a few pics :)

You can see more pictures & features on DUN TravelPack website. Please let me know your thoughts about it :-)

    Cheers!

Hey Backpacker_90, this looks dope! Really like the clean, beautiful images, the intro video (with tons of social proof!) and how the rest of the landing page lays out with benefits.

One thing I'd love to see is what size the backpack actually is. In the video, the backpack looks a bit large on the guy's back and there are no dimensions listed on the landing page. Also, as someone who travels a lot myself, it would be great to know what size laptop it carries (13"? 15"?) and what other acessories can fit into the bag. It seems like the Magic Mouse and a few cords can fit in, how about a minimalist laptop stand? Additional external cable solution (since those new Macbooks don't have USB ports...).

Signed up to get notified about it. Best of luck to your friend with their launch!

Hi, thanks for giving it a thorough view - they were really happy when they read your comment! :-)

They haven´t posted dimensions yet, but I´m sure they will include these on the Kickstarter page, the overall size comes close to max carry on size. From what I have seen, it fits a laptop up to 17 inch, a tablet pocket (could also be used for a flat laptop stand), and pockets for the related chargers, cables, etc. The main compartment has a lot of very usable space because of its ´boxy´ shape, packs & unpacks the same as a suitcase.

I wouldn´t use it as a day pack, but great size for trip from a weekend to a week (or longer if you´re a light traveler). :D

Great to hear those additional details! As a potential customer, I'd definitely love to know that information before I make that choice to pre-order. Since I'm a bit nomadic myself, it sounds like something that I'm looking for. Cheers!

We’re always looking for ways to pack for trips and visiting new places. One of the best new backpack designs is the backpack by Backpacks Global. It has a series of compartments optimized for the organization. It has two pockets on the prominent chest to keep items at your fingertips and slide-out storage dividers to make space for dual laptops or papers. Also, it is sturdy and water-resistant so that it can be worn for extended periods. I bought mine at a very accessible price and with fast delivery.
