Cheers,

I've looked at them only very briefly. Neither has a particularly large following on Facebook, at the moment (Prefundia has 500 likes, PitchFuse has 25 likes). But, that is as likely an indicator of sheer newness, as it is an indicator of anything of substance.
Neither seems to allow you to create your project space there, simply by logging in with your Facebook account, which strikes me as counter-productive for those sites, and not particularly intuitive for that section of the online masses that are basically Facebook users first, and not particularly online-techno-literate, overall. Many online sites, these days, allow for that ease of entry into their site, but these two remain outliers (in fairness, though, most sites are - but, if your object is to make it easier to transition into becoming a crowd funding person, then both sites are lacking, to some degree).
PitchFuse touts itself as being in beta, which implies something - what, exactly and specifically, I'm not sure.
Of the two, I think that Prefundia's GET STARTED button is likely to be more persuasive to someone that is fence-straddling on whether to create a crowd funding project or not, compared to PitchFuse's Learn More button. But, that doesn't really tell you which is better than the other. Why PitchFuse makes it take one link click longer to get to creating a project off its most visible link on its front page, is beyond me. There is the other link located at the very top of the page, but my eye is drawn to the other button, just the same. Sal Briggman favors feedback about his websites, hence why I bother to post this comment at length.
When you actually click on a project image, I think that PitchFuse site is more informative at a glance, with the various share buttons handy at the top of a project page. But, since it suffers from text overlap, as evidenced in this example:
http://pitchfuse.com/project/the-incred ... gtopia/421...it becomes clear why PitchFuse is still in beta - because they are still working out all of the kinks in it.
I know very little about either site, and I know that Kickstarter, itself, will allow you to create a draft project page. Prefundia and PitchFuse serve a similar purpose, but do they let you launch your project live directly onto Kickstarter, itself? If not, then the primary advantage to either would be as mechanisms to allow you a means to get the word out, and to gather feedback about your project, but the advantage to you would then likely lie in their respective site traffic flow and advertising of your project. But, that's just speculation on my part off the top of my head, as I try to give you some on the spot feedback to your question.
