Try some cross promotions. They can make a huge difference if you buddy up with a bit time campaigner.

I think next time you should get more photos and put in more effort into branding and graphic design.

The Everyday Messenger campaign was the best of all time IMO.

I doubt most first time backers really understand what kickstarter is. Most don't get that there is risk involved in it.

It looks like basically every single project starts on kickstarter, and then moves over to indiegogo indemand and sits there until they ship rewards. What is everyone's thoughts on doing this? Is there any downside to this?
