Great list of tips, thanks, to me the most important one is the creation of a base, the larger and the better the base, the stronger is your campaign start, and the stronger the start, the most likely peoples will have trust in your campaign, its all about PR in my opinion!

Build a base, post to game forums, provide content, make friends, the larger base you got, the faster your campaign will start and peoples will be more inclined to trust you, its all about trust in my opinion!
