What happened to VannAlexandra agency?

Hi guys!
According to only positive feedback i decided to contact vannalexandra agency for my next kickstarter campaign. But as today no response from them, twitter and facebook accounts are deleted.
Any idea what happened?

Probably they did a large prep work. I also had not more then 25 backers on my project. Still don't know how get more,

Decided to use them on first campaign. After he received $500 i received a short story of my campagn which he called press release. And disappeared after that,

Thank you for really interesting story. But sometimes happens that the creator is not so social and it's not easy for him to tell his story for the world.
