I've been promoting my website over the past couple of weeks, splashing a link here and there on reddit, twitter, facebook groups, and personal emails to relevant bloggers. Traffic on the website has increased, alexa gives me a US ranking of 753,465, which is pretty good progress for what I've done....

This thread got me to sign up for twitter.
Exploring it now.

What I'm taking from this thread is the need to develop a following before leaping into a crowdfunding project.

My day job sees me as a foreman for a refractory contractor.
My passion is finding a way to flush it.

I've been following https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/growing-futures-compost-kenya/x/9244209.
The Primary is posting updates, but they appear to be blog posts.
I see no other promotion by the Primary. I've put the link on a forum, some facebook groups, and my site.

The forum index has 2 sections:
-Kickstarter
-Life After Kickstarter

I'm looking for the Life Before Kickstarter stuff.

The link shows everything I've ever posted to reddit. Signed up 3 days ago. Being a collaborative book on homesteading, I figured the homesteading subreddit would be the place to put it up. It's nice that the group has 37k members. I was hoping for a couple of hits, perhaps an email about submitting...

Next, is there a way to mark this thread as Resolved?
