We just launched BackerHack ( http://BackerHack.com ) . In a nutshell the site allows expert backers who have backed a ton of projects to provide gigs (advice, marketing, social media support, etc...) to project creators. The gig prices are very cheap ($1, $5, $20, etc...) so it is a great low-cost...
