KS have a policy about tweeting people you don't know don't they? I can understand the need to protect against what could be seen as Spam. Has this been an issue for anyone?

It's early days for us, in two days we've had around 600 plays of which 35% to 28% are completing. For us it's quite difficult to understand whether we should be looking at changing the video because it's so early. Also i'm wondering on the technical validity of 'completed views' and how they tell? ...
