I know this is an old post, but I don't believe the question was ever answered. My understanding is, they won't work with anyone pre-campaign. They come on after a campaign has raised at least $100k. I just joined and haven't seen a ton of activity which is disappointing. I guess its understandable because the bulk of the people here are newbies looking for answers and a way to promote their campaign. So it would make sense that they drop off after the campaign is completed????
