Hi, So we recently launched our first Kickstarter (previously used a small funding platform) campaign and so far have raised 30% of our goal! Being a short indie film, we're not actually asking for as much as some of the campaigns you see, and could tightly make the film with the goal set. That said...

An old post, but still 100% relevant, and encouraging!

Very insightful post, raising any money can be a struggle. We are asking for quite a low amount,and have previously run a successful campaign elsewhere for a different project. But even now I get those thoughts of self doubt

My advice is to just engage people as much as possible!
