Whats up people!! I am in the middle of my campaign and looking for advice!

Conversions are slow right now. We changed a few things on our campaign and want "kickstarter savvy" people to take a look at it.

My husband and I are currently running our first campaign! It has been a wild ride! Right now we are struggling with cancellations.. We will get a pledge and for some reason within hours a cancellation follows. Do you have any suggestions about this?? is it proper to message the backer? is this norm...

We are having the same issues! Funded but not happy with the consistency!! For sure can get frustrating!
