I recently backed this game: JabberJot. They did a great job with their video and everything on the page looks great. I was super surprised to see that our project didn't show up on Kickstarter's page. I didn't realize they had to choose your project for it to show up. Argh.

Videos are very important but I also think it's a good idea to set your initial funding goal to be low enough to reach quickly so people want to be part of your success story.
