Hello! We are about to launch our first Kickstarter and hope to follow it up with a much bigger project later in the year! In the process of consuming all advice i can like everyone else to make it happen!

Slightly concerned that not having a perfectly polished video or big rewards might hold us back on this one though!

My name's Sam, and I'm prepping my first ever Kickstarter campaign now. We've finished our page, our video, our rewards and have constructed media packs to email out to press contacts.

I suppose I'm mainly here right now to discover how best to "pre-promote" our project - it's a feature film, and we're based in the UK, and I'm sure there's a lot of interesting little quirks associated with that!
