Currently, I am a high school teacher and struggle getting my students to read on their free time. Most of them will read in class if it is incorporated in their grade, but some of them lack the desire to continue to read once they get home. My project is designed to get more kids reading. Let me know what you think of my video and overall project!! Thanks so much!!!
Typically I see most projects bringing about 30% of funds initially from their own local network, which is usually what is required to jumpstart fundraising in a sense. Would get it out to your local network asap and start direct emailing and direct FB messaging friends.

Yes - lol, I provided my thoughts in the previous post. You need to connect with the community that is a proponent of your cause (this could be parents in your local community).

In addition to what sbriggman said, I think it would be cool to work with your local library, maybe they could send out some tweets/share on social media. I'm not sure how much they could do for you at the actual library, but it never hurts to ask, maybe you could host some kind of even there or something?

I think your project is great! I agree with the feedback and advice given, plus you can definitely check out twitter for follows and spreading the word out about your project. There are plenty of users that will help you on your way to success! Good luck!
