Sorry to see that it doesn't look like your campaign is nearing it's goal. Any lessons learned or things you would do differently?

I tried to reach as many people as I could. I shared my link and tried to start discussions in every Kickstarter Facebook and Google page or group I could find, plus Spanish pages and groups, and I used LinkedLn and Twitter. I tried to find out early what the problems were as early on as I could and I learnt I needed to improve my video. I did improve my video but that did not help.

Lesson learned: It takes money to make money. Maybe PPC would have worked or maybe I should have focused more with offline promotion, such as leaflets.

What kind of video completion rates and views did you see? Where did people pledge to the campaign come from? Could you share a snapshot or data?

Total 83 plays, 6.02% of plays completed and 6 backers.

That's a pretty low video completion rate. Usually I see 30-50% Stats: http://www.crowdfundingpr.org/kind-conv ... ter-video/

Your problem could be with the video?

If I were to improve my video and see 30-50% stats my conversion rate would probably be higher. The problem is that would not help me increase my total views, as nobody knows how good my video is until they start playing it. My main problem is promoting. It was simply necessary to reach a wider audience. I have no idea how I could have achieved this without an advertising budget. Maybe PPC. I certainly used a lot of social media for promoting but only 2 of my backers came from social media. I think my downfall was I focused too much on social media and forums.

Did you use the kickstarter shortlink in all your promotion? If so, what is it so we can look at the traffic data?

At first I used the shortlink but later I used the link in full, so that a preview of my project would be shown. Here are my stats:
