We would like to announce the that we just posted a new book entitled Winged Warrior: Angel of Darkness to Kickstarter.
The book was originally envisioned as a manga, but has merged into novel form, following the intertwined past and current lives of the Caelestis, a race of powerful beings who fight for and against mankind. We find Hunter at the beginning who questions if he can truly outrun his past and change his nature when he falls in love with Caleigh, a mortal who has secrets of her own. He finds himself an outcast of both sides, including the Duco (dark) and the Aequus (light) when he chooses neither side and fights for love instead.

Very cool illustrations . Have you been reaching out to your personal/professional network? In my experience, most campaigns receive about 30% of their pledges from the personal network of the creators.

Thank you for the post. We have been reaching out to both our personal and professional networks. Everybody likes our campaign idea, but have yet to pledge.

Can't you get more friends and family to back you to start with?

Thanks OtherWorlds Software for the question. We didn't do a really good job about spreading the word in the beginning, but we are definitely going to do a push and more of an aggressive campaign at our 30 day mark.
