Should I write about weight loss for an adversity essay?

love this topic for an adversity essay. Shows great commitment to health, and I think you can talk about health consequences of obesity and your potential to empathize with your patients who suffer from obesity, particularly in their struggle to reach and maintain a more healthy weight. A+ topic in my opinion. Many physicians themselves struggle with obesity, and you may win a lot of points with this one if you tackle it sensitively and celebrate your success..

Many people strive to lose weight. This problem is especially common for women - to get into good shape and find a slim body. But here, it is important to approach the question thoroughly. Otherwise, there is a risk of damaging your health. If you do not have the strength to figure it out on your own, choose a program under the guidance of professionals https://reverse.health/.
The main rule of weight loss is a calorie deficit. It's simple - you have to consume more than you consume. Also, a full, healthy sleep is very important for preserving normal body functioning.
