Would you risk getting a mortgage at this point? I mean, with the pandemic and stuff the housing market got up and the prices are crazy. I didn't find a house that I like yet, I'm still analyzing the market.

Yes because even though the prices went up, you can still get a decent house at a good price. You'll never have the perfect moment, so take the plunge.
