Indeed protein has nothing to do with testosterone. A little bit more research doesn't harm anyone. So many people are confused by fake statements.

I gave up meat many years ago, and people are still surprised that I have enough energy for everything. They often make me eat meat. Of course, I can't entirely agree. I actually get disgusted by people who try to shove meat at me not to notice it. At first, it was my parents, but somehow my friends decided to play a joke on me, now we are not friends. I can't be friends with people who don't respect my choice. I would rather eat healthy food and Buy Peptides in Australia than communicate with such people. My vegetables certainly won't hurt me. It's good that at least my boyfriend understands me.

As long as you don't consume it in industrial quantities, you shouldn't be worried. I love soy sauce! I eat it frequently, and I never noticed any consequences or changes in my organism. It takes a lot of time and large quantities to catch sight of negative effects such as reducing testosterone. If you continue to be scared of the possible adverse effects, lower your consumption or go to a specialist's opinion on this subject. Nevertheless, try not to come to conclusions without reliable proof. Don't be paranoic, you won't get to patient treatment areas because of soy sauce, hahaha!
