I have backed a few projects throughout the years. However, I first heard about Kickstarter from a friend that had created his short film project and texted me a link.

Love the community and supporting new ideas for entreprenaurs!

I've known of Kickstarter since many years ago, and have been following projects since then. It's really interesting to browse all the fresh new ideas. This year we are finally launching our first campaign! Super excited

One of our team members heard about Kickstarter in university campus!

I heard about it once I started researching on how to fund my comic series Miserably Altered!

I googled 'how to share kickstarter' and this site came up on a recommended list.

I found it on Google

I first heard of Kickstarter, and crowdfunding in general, through my studies !
Then, at my film school, everyone only talk about Kickstarter when it's time to fund their short film! Now that it is my time to fund my own short film, I was really surprise that almost no one, outside of my film school friends, knew what Kickstarter was !! I had to explain to my family and friends what it was, what it is used for, how it works ! :p

On the advice of a friend. I had no idea what the networking could do.

I first learned about kickstarter about 7 years ago. Someone on kickstarter created a phone stylus with a narrow tip which was exactly what I was looking.
