I agree. I friend sent the link to this guide to me and I really like it. I'm working in this field and every piece of information is useful for my development.AlexWilliams wrote: ↑Thu Nov 19, 2020 10:56 pm It's a great guide for the newbies in this but for the developers as well. I highly recommend it, it's very informative even for a third part like me. I have a friend that is a developer, and as much as I know, there's a lot of work and money into an app, and often developers can't release their creations because of the lack of funds. I wonder how the apps on https://apksalad.com/en/category/WEATHER are free though? Someone spent a lot of time and invested so much money to create them, and now gives them for free. It's mindblowing for me.
Crowd funding doesn't work without marketing. That's what I think. I get the standards referenced above for the ios / android development but I don't think normal people would get it. I definitely agree that its important to talk about the purpose behind creating the app - like how will it help others? what will it be used for? Instead of just listing standards.teslastar wrote: ↑Wed Dec 23, 2020 10:29 pm What an interesting question with so many possibilities, doesn't it depend on the type of mobile application? Like if it's a mobile application that acts as a charitable service to others, a health-type of application associated with medicine, not-for-profit organizations etc. then you could even organize a local fundraiser in your community to gather the needed amount - and support it through facebook and instagram as well. If it's a standard ios or android development application then you can definitely use other sources, like crowdfunding. But I guess if it's an entertainment application without a cause, it would be more challenging to find funding, especially in these current times.
I also need an app developerronton wrote: ↑Fri Jan 22, 2021 5:01 pm You know, I respect those who work on such projects and help small businesses promote and develop themselves. I mean, app development is designed for small businesses, and getting such an app, you can raise your business and develop a personal and well-known brand. I know what I am talking about as I also got an app the last year from a company that provides app development services. They provide awesome service, by the way. I have a fast food business, and since getting the app, my business raised to an absolutely new level. Now it is really known in our city and during the lockdown, we had a lot of orders, more than we could accept.
