This is one of the lamps I use on the newly installed 120-gallon reef.
Blue plus has LEDs that speak at 420, 450 and 495 Nm. 420nm produces some ultraviolet radiation that can excite some fluorescent pigments and is of course absorbed by chlorophylls. Light at 450 Nm is also used in photosynthesis. Peridinin absorbs the radiation of the water and sends it to the chlorophylls.
The Seneye instrument reports photosynthetically usable radiation at 83%.

Orphek Blue Plus LED Strip Light, this is a good choice. I have them too. I love the light. When I was doing repairs, I wanted to have a lot of light in my house. I decided to install led strips. I had them, but I didn't have a power source. So, I bought a simple led tape and considered that it will be okay for me, but I broke very fast and I decided to buy something better. I found a store on the internet where there are a lot of models and I decided to try... I bought led power supply and it works amazing. I'm really very satisfied with it.

If it generates UV, then it's not good for using it as lighting source, for people at least, but it's good for plants tough. It has all the necessary elements to grow plants with artificial lighting, which is a very possibility for some species which are pretentious to climate changes. For any other purposes, it's better to use some LEDs which do not produce UV radiation, like these amazon night lights, which you can install all over the house, and whenever you walk by, they will turn on by themselves, due to movement detection sensor.

My wife and I have also recently renovated the whole house. TBH, I'm very glad that it's finally over. I even started having allergies because of all the dust and the various remedies we used. Now the matter remains small, and we just need to hang the led strip light in the rooms for a more relaxing effect. Moreover, these tapes are of excellent quality, and I think I'll order more of them soon. I also have a desire to order Wi-Fi lamps for brighter light. I often work on projects in my office, and I need brighter light. But I did something even more clever and hung up led strips there, and I'll soon put the lamp on as soon as the package arrives.
